Remote Control Pairing and User Guide

You can follow the steps below to safely pair your remote control, which is the control unit of your crane systems, with the receiver and monitor its operating modes.

Remote Control and Receiver Pairing Steps

To install a new controller or repair, follow this procedure:

1. Preparation: on the transmitter Emergency Stop Button (1) press and hold.

2. Activate Receiver: Meanwhile, on the receiver Press the Matching Button (Receiver 1) press and hold.

3. Signal Synchronization: on the receiver Int, Power, Stop and Data LEDs (Receiver 2) When you see the lights on the transmitter light up sequentially, Hook Buttons (6 and 7) press and hold at the same time.

4. Completion: on the transmitter LEDs (2 and 3) When you see that it is solid, it means that the pairing has been successful.

Operating Status Indicators and LED Meanings

You can reference the following LED notifications to follow the current status of your remote control and receiver:

1. Emergency Stop (Emergency Stop) Position

When the transmitter is in emergency stop position:

• Power LED: Flashes once per second.

• Int LED: It flashes constantly.

• Stop LED: It lights up steadily.

2. Active Working Position

When the transmitter exits the emergency position:

• Stop LED: Söner.

• Power LED: It lights up every second, indicating that the system is active.

• Int LED: It confirms that the connection has been established by blinking continuously.

• Data LED: Indicates the data transmission of the system. When you press any button of the transmitter Data LED lights up momentarily, goes out when you release the button.

Important Note: If the LEDs do not react in the specified order during pairing, repeat the process by checking the time you press the buttons. In cases where technical support is required, please review the user manual or contact our technical support line.
